«New Castle»

Are you looking for a classy atmosphere for your event? The ground floor of the so-called “New Castle” can be rented for private celebrations such as aperitifs, banquets, seminars, or meetings. The capacities are two smaller halls, each with an outside terrace and a connecting entrée. Food and beverages can be obtained directly from the castle or from an accredited caterer.

Additional to rental fee: cleaning, use of projector and screen, coffee, and tea “station”, etc.

Accessibility: The premises incl. restroom are handicapped accessible.

Please note: The rented premises are located in a historic building and some of them are equipped with historic objects.

1000-year-old castle church

The 1000-year-old castle church (undenominational) can be rented for weddings, baptisms, or other ceremonies. The church is also great for concerts or lectures. There is the possibility to have an aperitif after the ceremony or event in the castle courtyard or in the castle premises.

• CHF 690.- for weddings, baptisms

     including support from sexton, floral decoration (basic), ringing the church bells (by hand), setting up, cleaning

• Additional floral decoration and furnishings (e.g.: red carpet) bookable
• CHF 400.- for concerts, lectures
• max. 140 guests

Please note: There is no heating in the castle church.
