Terms and Conditions Schlössercard

Subject

1. The Lake Thun castle’s Schlössercard can be obtained at the various sales points of the castles of Thun, Hünegg, Oberhofen, Schadau and Spiez.
2. It must show the surname and first name of the holder.
3. The participating castles commit that the guaranteed services are fulfilled. Refunds as a result of interruption or cessation of operations due to force majeure or unforeseeable or inapplicable failures of third parties are excluded.
4. The holder of the Schlössercard acknowledges and agrees that individual services of certain castles may not be available at all times due to the opening hours or seasonal closures.

Services

5. Discounts granted with the Schlössercard cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Children are those aged 6-16 years. For children under 6 years of age, the regulations of the respective castle apply. Most castles do not charge an entrance fee for
younger children.
7. The castles will check the validity of the Schlössercard when granting admission and, where necessary check the identity of the holder by official identification
(Identity Card, Passport, etc.).

Validity

8. The Schlössercard entitles one person (Single) or 2 adults and 2 children (Family) to one free entry at each of the four castles Thun, Hünegg, Oberhofen, Spiez, and to a free drink (coffee, wine, prosecco, syrup) at the Schadau Castle.
9. No compensation will be paid to the guest if the included services are not used.
10. The Schlössercard is valid for one year from the date of issue.
11. The Schlössercard is personal and non-transferable. The holder must be able to identify themselves at all times (official ID).
12. The Schlössercard must be presented upon entry.
13. Subsequent changes to the Schlössercard make it invalid.

Loss

14. A lost Schlössercard cannot be replaced.

Misuse

15. The cardholder is liable for misuse of the Schlössercard by third parties. In such a case, the card will be confiscated.

Changes

16. The right to make change is expressly reserved.
